About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as lead manager and steward of the CRM database, maintaining records of constituent interactions, pledges, and payments
- Manage and drive revenue through targeted annual fundraising campaigns
- Conduct prospect research and market analysis to identify new investment opportunities
- Process gifts and reconcile revenue, including in-kind and monetary donations
- Oversee the development, production, and distribution of fundraising campaign materials
- Support planning and execution of organization-wide events for funders and affinity groups
- Build, maintain, and generate reports from Salesforce
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of two years relevant experience
- Advanced experience in CRM databases, preferably Salesforce
- General fundraising experience
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, and/or weekends for programming events
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the Dallas public education sector and Dallas ISD
