Advanced Technician

Responsibilities

• Champion process improvement by analyzing equipment maintenance history and identifying causes of waste
• Coordinate with team members to develop and implement root-cause solutions
• Provide maintenance assistance and day-to-day support for operators, including adjustments, setups, and changeovers
• Lead risk reduction processes such as hazard hunts, risk assessments, and job hazard analyses
• Coach and mentor team members on quality data sets, SQF, GMP, and HACCP systems
• Use lean tools and data for predictive analysis and the implementation of corrective actions
• Lead Root Cause Corrective Analysis (RCCA) and preventive action activities
• Partner with the maintenance department to execute preventative maintenance and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of successful experience in the Production Technician II role
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to perform technical tasks
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop peers
• Ability to take ownership of line performance and achieve tactical and strategic goals
• Strong commitment to following all safety, ergonomic, and quality policies
