Advanced Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and service on Sullair rotary and oil-free compressed air products and accessories at customer field locations
• Act as a subject matter expert to train other technicians on rotary products and accessories
• Install new products, enhance existing systems, and provide best practices training to on-site customer personnel
• Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions and conduct necessary repairs
• Prepare detailed service reports to document visits, issues, and troubleshooting actions
• Communicate distributor feedback to management as the "Voice of the Customer"
• Support the Sullair Training Department for customers, distributors, and employees
• Follow all Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (related industry experience may be considered in lieu of education)
• 4-6 years of air compressor commissioning and maintenance experience
• Proven experience with rotary screw and oil-free compressors and accessories
• Ability to read and understand technical schematics
• Valid driver's license held for a minimum of 12 months with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and work in industrial environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must possess your own tools to perform job duties

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or Technical Trade School certification
• Refrigeration / EPA certification
• Compressed Air Challenge - Level 1 certification
