About the role
Responsibilities
- Assume end-to-end responsibility for the strategic value, usability, and performance of one or more digital products
- Partner with business stakeholders, design, and engineering to define problems and set measurable outcomes
- Establish target KPIs and measurement plans to align outcomes with business and UX goals
- Translate strategy into buildable work by creating clear requirements, including epics, user stories, and techno-functional specs
- Manage prioritization across multiple deliverables and cross-team dependencies
- Drive execution by leading feature delivery and communicating updates to executive leadership
- Run feature readouts with insights and iterate product development based on results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience in a related field)
- 7+ years of experience delivering complex products in a technology environment
- 5+ years of experience using analytics and optimization tools to inform product planning and prioritization
- 5+ years of experience partnering with design and engineering to deliver customer-facing features
- Proven experience building roadmaps, managing backlogs, and refining user stories
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA
- Strong knowledge of Agile development practices, methodologies, and tools
- Technical knowledge of web and mobile applications
- Ability to influence without authority and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
