Advanced Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform Dynamic and Steady State Analysis for mechanical and thermal systems
• Write technical requirements for system functionality and simulation
• Contribute to systems architecture, integration, and controller design
• Utilize MATLAB scripting, Simulink modeling, and Simscape modeling for system design
• Apply knowledge of valve components, heat exchangers, and refrigeration cycles to air and thermal systems
• Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams across different time zones
• Conceptualize and design models for simulation based on target product requirements
• Drive innovation and R&D for new aerospace concepts and products

Requirements

• M.Tech or PhD in Mechanical, Thermal, or Control Systems Engineering
• 6-8 years of experience in Thermal or Mechanical Simulation and Analysis
• Proficiency in MATLAB scripting and Simulink/Simscape modeling
• Strong understanding of measurement, analysis, and control in real-time applications
• Hands-on experience with valve components, heat exchangers, or refrigeration cycles

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AI/ML techniques
• Experience with Aerospace NPI (New Product Introduction) or Product Development Life Cycles
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for global coordination
