Advanced Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and testing of advanced systems, including hardware, software, and network components
• Assist in the design and development of software applications
• Provide successful execution of complex engineering projects
• Implement and enforce security measures and compliance standards to safeguard systems and data
• Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and coaching to direct and indirect reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) from an accredited institution
• 4 years of experience in systems engineering and project leadership
• Comprehensive knowledge of systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Proven background in leading complex project teams
• US Citizenship is required due to contractual requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience leading complex system integration projects
• Proficiency in Simulink Modeling and System Design
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
