About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment
  • Design scalable system architectures, data flows, and technical specifications
  • Develop robust applications and integrations with enterprise systems and relational databases
  • Drive cloud migration efforts by rebuilding and migrating legacy on-prem applications to AWS
  • Consolidate existing applications into a unified, intuitive suite for clinical research users
  • Define and execute system, integration, and enterprise-wide testing strategies
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance improvements
  • Mentor junior developers and manage complex projects with minimal oversight

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional software development experience (4–7 years preferred)
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, React, and JavaScript
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or Postgres)
  • Experience developing applications in both on-prem and cloud (AWS) environments
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and Git
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in complex technical environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or banking
  • Python programming experience
  • Experience or willingness to leverage AI technologies in the development process
