Advanced Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the quality planner for new projects, including quality target definition, APQP planning, and quality gate reviews.
• Manage launch readiness, supplier readiness, and customer release processes.
• Obtain customer approval for mass production changes.
• Conduct customer audits and follow-ups, including CSR evaluation and negotiation.
• Handle customer complaints and lead problem-solving activities with the team.
• Participate in cross-functional activities such as meetings, workshops, and sample quality assurance.
• Document lessons learned to improve future projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in automotive manufacturing enterprises.
• Proven experience in project quality, quality planning, or customer quality.
• Fluent in both written and oral English.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
