About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer claims and alerts by analyzing root causes and ensuring effective corrective actions.
  • Prepare and follow up on 8D reports to permanently eradicate quality problems.
  • Create, update, and monitor Quality Improvement Plans.
  • Manage internal and external deviations and validate rework reports.
  • Coordinate and manage customer audits and site visits.
  • Support project follow-up through APQP, ANPQP, and GPMS processes.
  • Ensure the implementation and assurance of all specific customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Bac+5 degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both English and French.
  • Proven expertise in claims management and 8D methodology.
  • Strong knowledge of APQP and ANPQP processes.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a self-reflecting and proactive manner.
