Advanced Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Create project plans, schedules, and milestones using earned value metrics to meet customer expectations
• Monitor project plans and maintain focus on milestone adherence to ensure on-time delivery
• Create and monitor work packages for internal suppliers to support technical and schedule adherence
• Build and maintain internal and external customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure projects are delivered within established cost, quality, and time metrics
• Manage requirements, including validation and appropriate allocation
• Coordinate and lead Design Reviews in accordance with company procedures
• Manage project risks and develop effective mitigation plans

Requirements

• HND, HNC, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
• Proven experience working within a project engineering environment
• Strong understanding of the engineering lifecycle from conception to commissioning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or a similar project forecasting system
• Experience working with suppliers and integrated supply chains
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
