Advanced Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and governance of Managed Print Services (MPS) programs for new and existing customers.
• Serve as the primary single point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, including initiation, qualification, planning, execution, and closing.
• Manage all phases of program delivery: qualification/feasibility, planning/solution readiness, Go Live, monitoring/support, and governance/reporting.
• Oversee project scope, budget, margins, and resource allocation to ensure successful program delivery.
• Maintain and manage strong client relationships to ensure service satisfaction and program success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in application deployments.
• Proven experience managing project scope, budgets, and resources.
• Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships.
• Advanced networking skills, including knowledge of VPN, routing, proxy, firewalls, SNMP, and the TCP/IP protocol stack.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification.
• Experience managing Microsoft Windows Server environments (including Server 2008 and 2012).
• Experience with remote network configuration and monitoring of printer/MFP hardware.
• Experience supporting n-tier applications in a global, operational environment.
• Experience working within a large, global/worldwide organization.
