About the role
Responsibilities
- Model and uphold good practice across the team
- Hold a small but complex caseload
- Hold reflective supervision with less experienced social workers
- Assist the team manager when needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years post qualified experience
- Minimum of 3 years working within fostering
- SWE registered
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence
