Responsibilities
- Work within a non-case holding social work role, reaching into the community to support families
- Offer advice and guidance, supporting the development of plans and assessing risk
- Coordinate partners for effective intervention
- Support Front Door functions by taking referrals, sharing information, and identifying risk
- Coach, support, and supervise designated staff or students
Requirements
- Social Work England registration
- Post-qualified experience as a Social Worker
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
- Full UK driving licence
- Eligibility to work in the UK
