About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of Outreach Family Support Workers delivering Early Help and home-based interventions
- Provide reflective case supervision to promote effective decision-making and professional development
- Ensure families receive coordinated support through multi-agency partnership working
- Maintain high standards of practice, assessments, interventions, and recording in line with statutory guidance
- Provide practice leadership and contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement activities
Requirements
- Social Work England registration
- Post-qualified experience within children’s services
- Degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work
- Experience of supervising or mentoring practitioners
- Strong knowledge of Early Help, safeguarding, and multi-agency working
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence
