About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct complex Care Act assessments and safeguarding investigations
- Screen safeguarding referrals within the Adult MASH team
- Provide flexible deployment as a peripatetic social worker across Adult Social Care teams
- Manage changing priorities and caseloads across multiple service areas
Requirements
- Social Work England registration
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
- Post-qualified experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Eligibility to work in the UK
