Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) - Nephrology

Responsibilities

• Manage patients across inpatient, outpatient dialysis, and clinic settings
• Perform patient evaluations, diagnose conditions, and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Manage acute and chronic kidney-related conditions, specifically CKD and hypertension
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to guide patient care
• Provide patient education and promote self-care strategies
• Prescribe medications in accordance with state guidelines
• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
• Ensure accurate medical documentation and maintain regulatory compliance
• Support clinical quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Nephrology or renal care
