About the role
About the Company
Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider. Clinicians go to the homes of patients to provide a continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Reston, VA
- Assess patient health by performing physical examinations and studying medical histories
- Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Order diagnostic testing and prescribe medications or supplies
- Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
- Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations
Requirements
- Board Certified with a valid NP or PA certification in the state of Virginia
- 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients
- Strong clinical skills for accurate assessment and diagnosis
- Ability to problem solve and operate independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospice experience
