About the Company

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider. Clinicians go to the homes of patients to provide a continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Reston, VA
• Assess patient health by performing physical examinations and studying medical histories
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Order diagnostic testing and prescribe medications or supplies
• Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
• Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations

Requirements

• Board Certified with a valid NP or PA certification in the state of Virginia
• 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients
• Strong clinical skills for accurate assessment and diagnosis
• Ability to problem solve and operate independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospice experience
