About the role
About the Company
Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider. Our clinicians go to the home of the patient, providing a continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Delaware County, PA
- Assess patient's health by performing physical examinations and updating medical histories
- Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans
- Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations across internal platforms
- Order diagnostic testing and prescribe medications or supplies as medically necessary
- Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
Requirements
- Board Certified with a valid NP or PA certification in the state of Pennsylvania
- 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately treat, assess, and diagnose
- Ability to problem solve and operate independently
- Hospice experience is highly preferred
