Advanced Practice Clinician - Family Medicine

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient family medicine care to patients across the lifespan
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and document patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Participate in a team-based practice model with clinical and administrative support

Requirements

• Completion of appropriate license or certification (PA-C/ARNP)
• ACLS certification (maintenance required)
• Current CPR card (maintenance required)

• Previous exposure to a clinic environment
