Advanced Planning System Lead – MRP and production

Responsibilities

• Act as the owner of the Advanced Planning System, specifically managing MRP and production planning performance.
• Drive the automation journey for supply planning and support technical teams in incident resolution.
• Serve as the process owner for Scheduling, MPS, and MRP, ensuring high user adoption through metrics.
• Control and improve the quality of MRP and production Master Data.
• Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to build KPIs and dashboards for supply processes.
• Animate the Supply planning community and monitor plant performance using Bacardi Operating System (BOS) best practices.
• Provide strong backup support for the SNP planning lead.
• Document processes and lead training initiatives.

Requirements

• Excellent technical skills in SAP IBP (Supply), SAP APO, or SAP ECC.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and scheduling software.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and dashboarding.
• Proven expertise in process improvement and Lean methodologies.
• Experience in cross-functional team coordination and project management.
• Deep awareness of Global Supply Chain business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other Supply planning APS tools featuring optimizers.
• Ability to navigate complex digital tool environments and drive user adoption.
