Advanced Planner

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Global Load Planning and Service Marketing to provide manufacturing slot estimates for sales and service needs
• Work with Bid Management teams to provide accurate lead-time and scheduling estimates for proposals
• Partner with Manufacturing on resource leveling, Takt execution, and bottleneck analysis to optimize production
• Provide regular production schedules, current status updates, and major milestone tracking
• Produce manpower estimates and inventory forecasts for plant management
• Support Project Management by addressing customer requirements and scope changes to maintain efficient production plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of proven industry experience
• Strong SAP background is required
• Expertise in MS Project and Excel
• Willingness to work US shift timings
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SFDC (Salesforce.com)
• Previous experience in forecasting
• Technical knowledge of Generator components
• Possession of a valid US visa
