Advanced Operations Co-ordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support field personnel in the safe and profitable servicing and maintenance of offshore wind turbine equipment
• Maintain inventory both physically and via SAP to optimize material replenishment and stock turnover
• Plan and execute material movement between Service Operation Vessel (SOV) stores and onshore facilities
• Raise, schedule, and allocate both planned and unplanned maintenance activities
• Coordinate the preparation of HSE documentation to ensure compliance with UK legislation
• Manage COSHH and Dangerous Goods regarding transport, storage, and documentation
• Perform basic financial administration, including raising purchase orders and payments
• Provide daily customer reporting using MS Office

Requirements

• Required experience using SAP (Systems, Applications & Products)
• A passion for renewable energy and driving the energy transition

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in stores or inventory management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working offshore or with wind turbine technology
