Advanced Mechanical Technical Specialist L1

Responsibilities

• Contribute to customer satisfaction within your regional area by responding to support requests and providing high-quality diagnostic and repair services
• Supervise the repair process and its success, analyzing and reporting potential deviations and providing advice on how to resolve them
• Review existing processes to increase quality, report dealer performance in escalated cases, and adapt work methodologies to customer needs
• Communicate with dealer teams, providing coaching and assistance, finding root causes of technical deviations, and documenting complex technical issues for the central organization
• Build strong relationships with dealers and customers to continuously improve role effectiveness

Requirements

• Master Technician certification or equivalent
• Advanced skills in electrical diagnostics
• Experience with high voltage / electric vehicles (EV) is highly valued
• Ability to investigate, diagnose, and report on complex vehicle systems both hands-on and remotely
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in dynamic environments
• Proactive attitude
• Fluency in Portuguese and knowledge of Spanish and/or English
