Advanced Mechanical Integrity Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle risk-based inspection (RBI) implementation and stewardship
• Perform advanced integrity assessments including brittle fracture, flexibility analysis, and corrosion evaluations
• Develop and manage fit-for-purpose risk-based strategies and criticality assessments
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and bad actor elimination efforts
• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance for service providers and internal teams
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in technical development
• Drive adoption of digital tools and analytics for process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, or Petroleum Engineering
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, fertilizer, or LNG industries
• Deep expertise in industry codes including API 580, API 571, ASME Sec VIII, PCC-2, API 510, API 570, and ASME B31.3
• Proven experience developing and approving repair plans for fixed equipment
• Proficiency in engineering tools and ERP systems such as PV Elite, Caesar II, APM, or SAP
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
