Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers and grow their expertise and careers
• Lead process improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the production team for troubleshooting
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-effective solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership including design, maintenance, quality, and procurement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as engineering
• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering management
• Proven track record of leading and delivering engineering projects
• Expert knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean principles
• Experience managing or leading direct or indirect reports
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field
• Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
