Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Senior

Responsibilities

• Lead new product manufacturing processes, including drawing analysis and capability reporting.
• Design bending programs, MOT, DII, and fixture schemes for new products.
• Manage and implement trial production on the shop floor as a project leader.
• Provide Bill of Materials (BOM), labor hours, and tooling/fixture cost estimates for cost analysis.
• Continuously improve technical processes using MPC and Six Sigma tools to increase quality and reduce costs.
• Analyze and resolve technical and quality issues directly on the shop floor.
• Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and procedures.

Requirements

• Master's or University degree with 4+ years of related experience, or a College degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Proven experience with bender operating and bending die/fixture design.
• Ability to read and interpret English technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in computer applications and data management (SAP experience is a plus).
• Strong initiative and a willingness to learn new skills and train others.
