Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead product industrialization activities including equipment selection, process development, and validation
• Perform design for manufacturing, automation, and labor capacity planning
• Drive KPIs such as cost, timing, performance, quality, yield, and availability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing transfers and new product development
• Execute root cause analyses using production data and analytical methodologies
• Develop internal tools and dashboards for manufacturing performance visibility
• Travel 25%-50% to support various manufacturing sites

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of engineering experience
• Experience with complex manufacturing equipment and instrumentation
• Experience defining manufacturing processes and custom equipment specifications
• Proficiency with CAD and/or programming skills
• Experience with controls engineering or software development projects
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings and instructions
• Ability to translate data into scalable mass production processes
