Advanced Hardware Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist in requirements management, electronics circuit design, analysis, implementation, and testing of aerospace electronics products and printed circuit cards.
• Perform electronic component selection, analog and digital circuit design, and schematic entry.
• Conduct circuit analysis for tolerance, power, thermal, and worst-case scenarios.
• Provide layout guidelines and interface with layout engineers for implementation.
• Manage board bring-up, testing, and environmental testing processes.
• Analyze and identify root causes of technical problems and develop effective solutions.
• Participate in and lead high-level and low-level design reviews and progress meetings.
• Contribute to the development of technology roadmaps for hardware products and platforms.

Requirements

• BE / B. Tech or M.E / M. Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or Power Electronics.
• 7-8 years of professional experience in hardware engineering.
• Proven experience in High-Speed Digital or Mixed Signal Design.
• Expertise in Electrical Schematic Diagrams and Power Electronics.
• Experience with EMI/EMC design, including RF Conducted and Radiated Emissions/Susceptibility testing.
• Strong understanding of grounding, shielding, and EMI filter design.
• Proficiency with schematic and layout tools such as Dx Designer, Hyperlynx DRC, or Hyperlynx SI.
• Familiarity with hardware development process frameworks such as CMMi, AS9100C, or Six-Sigma.
