About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of pumped chemical systems supporting fab operations.
- Perform cleaning and rebuilding of chemical pumps, valves, piping, and other delivery components.
- Handle chemical distribution manifold systems, deliveries, and the hookup/disconnection of chemical totes, drums, and bottles.
- Execute new tool installations, startup permit verification signoffs, and perform lockout/tagout procedures.
- Identify team needs for process, tool, and documentation improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to individual contributors in lower-level roles.
- Respond to after-hours requirements as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent commensurate work experience.
- 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably in semiconductor or chemical operations.
- Experience working in a heavy industrial environment.
- Ability to wear a full-face respirator and/or PAPR.
- Ability to wear chemical-resistant clothing while performing tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- AutoCAD Certification.
- Proficiency with P&ID drawings and SCADA/DCS systems.
- Experience with 3D modeling or CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, or MicroStation).
