Advanced Facilities Chemical Equipment Maintenance and Repair Process Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of pumped chemical systems supporting fab operations.
• Perform cleaning and rebuilding of chemical pumps, valves, piping, and other delivery components.
• Handle chemical distribution manifold systems, deliveries, and the hookup/disconnection of chemical totes, drums, and bottles.
• Execute new tool installations, startup permit verification signoffs, and perform lockout/tagout procedures.
• Identify team needs for process, tool, and documentation improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to individual contributors in lower-level roles.
• Respond to after-hours requirements as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent commensurate work experience.
• 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably in semiconductor or chemical operations.
• Experience working in a heavy industrial environment.
• Ability to wear a full-face respirator and/or PAPR.
• Ability to wear chemical-resistant clothing while performing tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• AutoCAD Certification.
• Proficiency with P&ID drawings and SCADA/DCS systems.
• Experience with 3D modeling or CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, or MicroStation).
