Advanced Customer Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement algorithms for solving problems in high-volume, high-availability environments
• Take complete ownership of Reltio Platform features, components, and integrations
• Build and implement scalable monitoring and metric tools and frameworks
• Resolve customer technical issues through UI/API/performance debugging and troubleshooting
• Monitor platform performance, stability, and consistency to support product development
• Collaborate with support, product management, and core engineering teams
• Represent Reltio in customer meetings as an engineering expert
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and respond to high-priority incidents

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years of professional experience
• 2+ years developing on large-scale enterprise systems
• Experience in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithm design
• Understanding of API design principles and authentication mechanisms
• Knowledge of web UI development with JavaScript frameworks
• Working knowledge of scalable distributed data systems using Java and cloud technology
• Experience with NoSQL databases and distributed indexes
• 2 years of experience developing Master Data Management (MDM) software
• 2 years of experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• 2 years of experience configuring Match & Merge setup and survivorship rules in MDM
• 1 year of experience with version-control software like Bitbucket or SVN
