Advanced Clinician

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy interventions in the office, virtually, in the community, and in client’s residence based on client preference and need
• Provide side-by-side therapy and interventions to individuals and families that are evidence-based, focus on problem solving, skills training, modeling behavior, and optimism and encouragement
• Provide targeted treatment to individuals using modalities such as CBT, DBT, PE, CR, EMDR, FST, TF-CBT, CAMS, and family therapies
• Provide an experiential learning environment through shadowing to new clinical staff and maintain competency checklists

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts clinical license (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LRC, LADCI, or Licensed Psychologist)
• Two years of experience working with people with severe and persistent mental illnesses and/or substance use
• Valid driver's license
