Advanced CAD Specialist

Responsibilities

• Pioneer, develop, and mentor advanced Creo Surfacing and solid modeling CAD and Windchill technologies across engineering teams
• Manage large-scale or new paradigm CAD projects with an emphasis on Surface and Top Down Master Model Management
• Create Engineering Specification CAD models and drawings following HMI and industry standards
• Develop and present next-generation engineering specification standards and guidelines
• Utilize Creo Parametric and Creo ISDX Surfacing to create and modify Class A surfaces for seating initiatives
• Design complex assemblies and layouts utilizing advanced techniques to support multiple product variations
• Drive processes and problem-solve using next-level CAD and engineering tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in applied arts or a related field
• 15+ years of professional CAD experience with proven leadership on large-scale projects
• Expert proficiency in Creo Parametric and Creo ISDX Surfacing
• Expertise in Top Down Design and Master Model Management
• Proficiency in PTC Windchill
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
