About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-quality results in AVL installation tasks following industry best practices
- Optimize tasks for efficiency and effectiveness on-site
- Maintain advanced skillsets in wiring, terminations, rigging, and field installation
- Assist in the training and development of new recruits and junior technicians
- Participate in project preparation, meetings, and company events
- Perform custom fabrication and shop assembly as needed
Requirements
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in AVL system installation or a similar technical field
- High School Diploma or GED
- OSHA-10 Certification
- Aerial Scissor, Boom, and Forklift Certifications
- Current DOT physical and Safety Certifications
- Ability to work variable hours, including overtime and seven days per week
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights of 6+ feet
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in using specialized AVL installation tools and equipment
- Familiarity with industry safety protocols and regulations
