Advanced AVL Technician

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-quality results in AVL installation tasks following industry best practices
• Optimize tasks for efficiency and effectiveness on-site
• Maintain advanced skillsets in wiring, terminations, rigging, and field installation
• Assist in the training and development of new recruits and junior technicians
• Participate in project preparation, meetings, and company events
• Perform custom fabrication and shop assembly as needed

Requirements

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in AVL system installation or a similar technical field
• High School Diploma or GED
• OSHA-10 Certification
• Aerial Scissor, Boom, and Forklift Certifications
• Current DOT physical and Safety Certifications
• Ability to work variable hours, including overtime and seven days per week
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights of 6+ feet

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in using specialized AVL installation tools and equipment
• Familiarity with industry safety protocols and regulations
