Advanced AVL Technician

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-quality results in every task following Summit Standards and Industry Best Practice
• Optimize tasks for efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining high quality
• Build and maintain advanced skillsets as outlined in the Technician Matrix
• Participate in the Summit CERTIFIED program to pursue higher craftsmanship
• Assist in the training and development of new recruits and junior technicians
• Participate in project preparation, meetings, and company events
• Maintain active login credentials and submit expense reports, hours, and PTO requests in a timely manner

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in AVL system installation or a similar technical field
• Proficiency in wiring, terminations, rigging, and field installations
• OSHA-10 Certification
• Aerial Scissor, Boom, and Forklift Certifications
• Current DOT physical and Safety Certifications
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including overtime and seven days per week availability
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights of 6+ feet
