Advanced Auto Braze Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and maintain automated brazing equipment to meet quality specifications
• Troubleshoot setup-related issues by adjusting system parameters and settings
• Perform efficient and accurate model changeovers
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and maintain a clean work area
• Perform quality checks, including first and last part inspections
• Collaborate with support departments to resolve production delays
• Complete all required documentation and follow all safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement

• Previous experience in automated machine setup or manufacturing environments
