About the role

Responsibilities

  • Produce assessment-related content for various subjects within the General Qualifications portfolio
  • Manage the secure and accurate production of question papers
  • Coordinate with external assessment associates to ensure high-quality deliverables under strict deadlines
  • Monitor production processes and escalate issues regarding schedules or adherence to frameworks
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the wider Assessment team to meet departmental goals
  • Manage workloads for allocated qualifications and support colleagues in day-to-day tasks

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in a corporate setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to work according to the UK Time Zone (3pm MNL onwards)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Educational background in a relevant field
  • Previous experience or interest in the education sector
