About the role
Responsibilities
- Produce assessment-related content for various subjects within the General Qualifications portfolio
- Manage the secure and accurate production of question papers
- Coordinate with external assessment associates to ensure high-quality deliverables under strict deadlines
- Monitor production processes and escalate issues regarding schedules or adherence to frameworks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the wider Assessment team to meet departmental goals
- Manage workloads for allocated qualifications and support colleagues in day-to-day tasks
Requirements
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to work according to the UK Time Zone (3pm MNL onwards)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational background in a relevant field
- Previous experience or interest in the education sector
