About the role
Responsibilities
- Apply relevant legislation in practice to ensure compliance with Local Authority statutory responsibilities
- Manage caseloads within the Adults Locality Team
- Implement safeguarding adults policies and hospital discharge guidance
Requirements
- SWE registration
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
- Post-qualified experience
- Strong knowledge of Care Act 2014, Mental Health Act 2007, and Mental Capacity Act 2005
- Understanding of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards and Continuing Health Care
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Full UK driver's license
