About the role
Responsibilities
- Work as a Social Worker in the Older People Team North Powys based in the Welshpool area
- Collaborate closely with a friendly team and colleagues across health and social sectors
- Deliver strengths-based positive outcomes for people
- Drive around a rural area to conduct client visits
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and outcomes for individuals and their families
Requirements
- Recognised professional qualification in social work (MA, BA, BSc, Diploma, or CQSW)
- Registered with Social Care Wales
- Significant experience delivering social work services to vulnerable adults with complex needs
- Strong assessment and analysis skills
- Full UK driving license and access to a car
- Legal right to work in the UK
