Adult Social Worker

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults' needs and risks
• Develop personalized support plans
• Provide information, advice, and support to adults and their families regarding available services
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, law enforcement, and other agencies to coordinate safeguarding interventions
• Advocate for the rights and needs of vulnerable adults
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation
• Respond promptly and effectively to safeguarding concerns following relevant protocols

Requirements

• SWE registration
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Degree level qualification in Social Work
• At least 2 years of post-qualified experience in social work
• Full UK driving licence
