Adult Primary Care Physician

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care within a physician-led, patient-centered, team-based environment
• Deliver care across the continuum with a focus on value-based care models
• Collaborate with integrated behavioral health providers and a robust team of specialists
• Utilize advanced EMR systems, including Dax AI ambient scribe technology and Smart RX features
• Manage patient care through e-Consults and mobile integrated health initiatives

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
• Valid Massachusetts medical licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Active MCSR and DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous clinical experience in an outpatient primary care setting
