Adult Ministries Director

Responsibilities

• Lead all adult ministry opportunities including LifeTrack, Small Groups, and spiritual formation initiatives
• Plan and execute adult discipleship events, classes, leader trainings, and retreats
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach adult ministry and group leaders
• Direct the adult assimilation and Next Steps pathway
• Manage the adult ministries budget and steward resources effectively
• Assist leaders with care, coaching, resources, and problem-solving
• Select or create discipleship curriculum aligned with church theology
• Track and report key metrics such as group participation and leader pipeline in the church database
• Collaborate with the Communications team for ministry promotion

Requirements

• Acknowledge Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savior
• Agreement with the Brookside Church Statement of Faith
• 3–5 years of experience in adult ministry or a closely related field
• Ability to work Sunday mornings
• Successful completion of a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Ministry, Theology, Leadership, or a related field
