About the role
Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Provide education and support to clients and their families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Participate in clinical audits and service development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience for Band 6
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience for Band 7
- Strong knowledge of adult acute speech and language therapy practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
