Ads & Deal PM

Responsibilities

• Design, operate and scale the Ad Specialist consulting program
• Lead AI-powered Ad optimization program development end-to-end, from problem definition to GTM
• Drive continuous evolution of Ad optimization processes using internal and external tools
• Lead the development of Amazon Ads training programs to uplift capabilities
• Develop business strategy and blueprints for optimizing utilization across multiple Deal programs
• Design and lead end-to-end program builds for data-driven Deal opportunities
• Partner with Tech/Science teams to define requirements and prioritize roadmaps
• Collaborate with Amazon Ads teams and senior leadership to align program strategies
• Establish mechanisms to measure program impact and report business performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery
• Bachelor's degree
• Business level fluency in Japanese (N1+)
• English-language communication skills
• 3+ years of Amazon Ads consulting or hands-on execution experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience defining program requirements using data and metrics
• Master's degree or MBA in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent
• Experience working effectively with science, data processing, and software engineering teams
