ADP Sponsorship Facilitator

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized support for Child Sponsorship Operations within the Area Development Program
• Manage and coordinate sponsorship activities and integration into programming
• Facilitate engagement between sponsors and children
• Ensure quality assurance and implement risk management protocols
• Oversee sponsorship systems, processes, and data integrity
• Lead capacity building, team management, and collaborative efforts within the community

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, public health, community development, social work, or a related field
• At least 2 years of development facilitation experience within communities
• Proven experience in child sponsorship and understanding its impact on child well-being
• Valid motorbike driving license
• Fluency in Vietnamese and intermediate proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
