ADP Development Facilitator

Responsibilities

• Engage communities and local partners to plan, implement, and sustain child-focused, community-based development.
• Coordinate program management and technical implementation, ensuring quality, accountability, and integration of gender equality and social inclusion.
• Lead community-level planning, monitoring, reflection, and learning processes.
• Promote meaningful child participation and strengthen community-based child protection mechanisms.
• Support community development initiatives and micro-projects to strengthen local ownership and resilience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, public health, community development, social work, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in community development and program implementation.
• Valid motorbike driving license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluency in Vietnamese and intermediate proficiency in English.
• Strong partnering and collaborating skills with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with international humanitarian organizations.
• Conceptual understanding of child-focused, community-based development approaches.
