About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage communities and local partners to plan, implement, and sustain child-focused, community-based development.
- Coordinate program management and technical implementation, ensuring quality, accountability, and integration of gender equality and social inclusion.
- Lead community-level planning, monitoring, reflection, and learning processes.
- Promote meaningful child participation and strengthen community-based child protection mechanisms.
- Support community development initiatives and micro-projects to strengthen local ownership and resilience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, public health, community development, social work, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in community development and program implementation.
- Valid motorbike driving license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluency in Vietnamese and intermediate proficiency in English.
- Strong partnering and collaborating skills with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with international humanitarian organizations.
- Conceptual understanding of child-focused, community-based development approaches.
