Adoption Strategist

Responsibilities

• Drive scalable adoption by building implementation and enablement processes that educate customers on best practices and accelerate time-to-value.
• Develop deep product expertise across the ElevenLabs platform, specifically focusing on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative.
• Proactively audit customer agent prompts, configurations, and feature setups to identify gaps and provide value-add recommendations.
• Track and drive key adoption metrics in partnership with Revenue Operations to develop data-driven playbooks and strategies.
• Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted enablement campaigns, including regional workshops and webinars.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Forward Deployed Engineering, GTM, and Product Marketing to unify the customer journey.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in implementation, solutions consulting, technical account management, or similar roles at a technical SaaS or AI-native company.
• Proven experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products.
• A track record of building scalable adoption programs from the ground up, such as onboarding tracks or self-serve content.
• Extremely analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and surface new data-driven insights.
• Ability to think in systems and a passion for using AI tools to automate workflows and scale processes.
• Experience managing a high-volume book of business within the mid-market or commercial segments.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
