About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify key stakeholders and create tailored engagement plans to secure buy-in for change initiatives
- Develop effective communication plans and training programs to equip employees and leaders with new skills
- Proactively identify and address resistance to change through mitigation strategies
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success and impact of change initiatives
- Collaborate with UX researchers to interpret user feedback and design workshops or focus groups
- Align change strategies with broader organizational sustainability objectives
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in Adoption or Organizational Change management
- Deep understanding of the ADKAR model
- Experience using gamification as an adoption tactic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate vision to diverse audiences
- Strong empathy and ability to work collaboratively across an organization
