Adoption Change Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify key stakeholders and create tailored engagement plans to secure buy-in for change initiatives
• Develop effective communication plans and training programs to equip employees and leaders with new skills
• Proactively identify and address resistance to change through mitigation strategies
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success and impact of change initiatives
• Collaborate with UX researchers to interpret user feedback and design workshops or focus groups
• Align change strategies with broader organizational sustainability objectives
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in Adoption or Organizational Change management
• Deep understanding of the ADKAR model
• Experience using gamification as an adoption tactic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate vision to diverse audiences
• Strong empathy and ability to work collaboratively across an organization
