Adolescent Therapist/Counselor

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, assessments, and group facilitation to individuals and families
• Coordinate all aspects of direct clinical care from admission to discharge
• Consult with the multidisciplinary treatment team to provide quality client care
• Collaborate with clients to develop written treatment plans involving client and family input
• Monitor clients on an ongoing basis to assess needs and facilitate interventions
• Document clinical assessments, diagnoses, and progress charting in a timely manner
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
• Provide clinical updates to utilization review and managed care representatives

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Mental Health, Social Services, or a relevant field
• Active mental health licensure in the state of Colorado
• 1+ year of experience in a relevant field
• Ability to work with diverse populations and build rapport with adolescent clients
• Strong understanding of ethical standards and professional boundaries

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information reliably
