Adolescent Therapist/Counselor

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, assessments, and group facilitation to individuals and families
• Coordinate all aspects of direct clinical care from admission to discharge
• Consult with the multidisciplinary treatment team to provide quality client care
• Collaborate with clients and families in the development of written treatment plans
• Document clinical assessments, diagnoses, and progress charting in a timely manner
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
• Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical standards

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health, Social Services, or a relevant field
• Active mental health licensure in the state of service
• 1+ year of experience in a relevant field
• Ability to work with diverse populations and build rapport with adolescents

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience in a fast-paced clinical environment
