Responsibilities
- Set up user accounts based on specific roles and build layout templates
- Manage and build streamlined reports for stakeholders to track day-to-day activities
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to understand new scopes of work
- Dive deep into business objectives to deliver measurable outcomes
- Plan setups and implement automation using workflow tools
Requirements
- Graduate degree
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing preferred
- Techno-functional consulting experience in Digital Marketing platforms
- Extensive experience with workflow tools such as Jira and Adobe Workfront
- Proven experience creating users, reports, or dashboards in Workfront
- Experience working within the setup area of Workfront
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to interpret requirements
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
